How I think

I don’t hand over decks.
I hand over systems that run.

For fifteen years I’ve worked the seam between product vision and backend reality — at McKinsey, Amazon, Compass and EA. My edge isn’t only strategy, and it isn’t only engineering fluency. It’s translating cleanly between them, and then shipping.

I lead with empathy — engineering, finance, sales and design all move faster when they feel understood, not managed — and I care about the mission as much as the metric.

01Anchor in proof, not promises. Every claim I make traces to a system I actually shipped.
02Architecture is a leadership act. The best system is the one your team can actually operate and extend.
03Bias for action. Ideas are cheap. I finish — and I finish fast.
04People are the system too. High emotional intelligence isn’t soft — it’s how engineering, finance, sales and design end up rowing in one direction, fast.

Most “AI strategy” ends in a slide deck. Mine ends in a system in production — and leverage you can measure.

Let’s build

Back a builder.
Bring the hard problem.

Investors, founders and operators — twenty minutes, no deck, no pitch. Whether you’re looking to back what I’m building or put a hard problem in front of me, let’s get straight to substance.
